This Privacy Policy describes how Frequency Healing ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, stores, and deletes your personal information when you use the Frequency Healing app ("the App"). By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.
This policy applies specifically to the Frequency Healing app available on Google Play.
2. Data We Collect
We collect only the data necessary to operate the App. Below is a full disclosure of all personal and sensitive data we access, collect, use, and share.
3.1 Subscription & Billing Data
- Google Play purchase tokens and subscription identifiers (provided by Google Play Billing)
- Subscription status, product ID, expiry dates, and auto-renewal state
3.2 Usage & Diagnostic Data
- App interaction events (e.g. which audio tracks are played, session duration)
- Device type, operating system version, and app version
- Crash reports and performance diagnostics
3.3 Feedback
- Any messages or ratings you voluntarily submit through the in-app feedback feature
We do not collect: name, email address, phone number, location data, camera or microphone data, contacts, or any financial information beyond what Google Play Billing provides.
3. How We Use Your Data
- To verify and manage your subscription access
- To deliver and stream audio content
- To improve app stability and user experience
- To respond to feedback and support requests
- To comply with legal obligations
We do not use your data for advertising or sell it to third parties.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share data with the following third parties solely to operate the service:
- Google Play Billing — to verify subscription purchases. Governed by Google's Privacy Policy.
- Google Cloud Platform — for app infrastructure and hosting. Governed by Google Cloud's Data Processing Terms.
No other third parties receive your personal data.
5. Data Retention
We retain your data only as long as necessary to provide the service and meet legal requirements.
- Subscription data — retained for the duration of your active subscription plus 12 months after cancellation or expiry, to support billing disputes and refund requests.
- Usage & diagnostic data — retained for up to 90 days, after which it is automatically deleted or anonymized.
- Feedback submissions — retained for up to 24 months, or until you request deletion.
- Legal holds — if data is subject to a legal obligation or dispute, it may be retained beyond the above periods until the matter is resolved.
6. Data Deletion
You may request deletion of your personal data at any time. We will process your request within 30 days.
To request deletion of your data:
- Send an email to frequency.healer.app@gmail.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request"
- Include the Google Play account associated with your subscription
- We will confirm receipt within 5 business days and complete deletion within 30 days
Note: deleting your data will terminate your access to the App. To stop future charges, cancel your subscription in Google Play before submitting a deletion request.
7. Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. Access to personal data is restricted to systems and personnel that require it to operate the service. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
8. Children's Privacy
The App is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us at frequency.healer.app@gmail.com and we will delete it promptly.
9. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data (see Section 7)
